  • Icon’s 1:1 Strategy Meetings are one-on-one consulting sessions with Icon’s Founder, Mason Hill, focused entirely on your student’s individual situation.

    Families use these meetings to:

    • Build or refine a long-term admissions strategy

    • Evaluate course rigor, activities, and positioning

    • Clarify testing, timing, and application priorities

    • Troubleshoot challenges or uncertainty

    Each meeting is structured, strategic, and outcome-oriented, ensuring that families leave with clarity rather than more questions.

  • All 1:1 Strategy Meetings are led by Mason Hill, a former University of California admissions officer and private admissions consultant with over 10 years of experience.

    Families work directly with someone who:

    • Has evaluated thousands of applications at selective universities

  • Each Strategy Meeting is conducted live via Zoom and lasts 60 minutes. Before the meeting, families complete a short intake form so the session can be focused and efficient.

    During the meeting, Mason will:

    After the meeting, families receive a summary of key recommendations to help them implement the strategy discussed.

  • 1:1 Strategy Meetings are valued at $499 per session, with final check meetings (before application submission) are priced at $749.
