These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Icon Admissions website (the “Site”) and all programs, courses, digital products, services, webinars, subscriptions, and content offered by Icon Admissions (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Services.

1. DEFINITIONS

  • “Services” include webinars, online courses, digital downloads, subscriptions, coaching sessions, consulting, and any materials or communications.

  • “User,” “you,” or “your” refers to anyone who accesses or uses the Site or Services.

  • “Content” means all materials produced by Icon Admissions including videos, PDFs, templates, worksheets, modules, and training.

  • “Programs” refer to Icon Strategy Academy, cohorts, bootcamps, consulting, and Thinkific-hosted products.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase any Services.
Minors (under 18) may participate only with parental consent and enrollment through a parent or guardian.

3. USE OF SITE & SERVICES

You agree to:

  • Use the Site and Services for lawful purposes only.

  • Not engage in unauthorized copying, distribution, or sharing of materials.

  • Not reproduce, resell, or exploit any portion of the Services without express written permission.

  • Not interfere with the operation or security of the Site.

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violation of these Terms.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content provided by Icon Admissions is the sole and exclusive property of the Company and protected under copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Videos

  • PDF workbooks

  • Templates

  • Programs and curriculum

  • Branding, logos, and trademarks

  • Landing pages and marketing materials

  • Webinar content

  • Written guides and frameworks

You MAY NOT:

  • Copy, share, or distribute any content

  • Upload content to shared drives or forums

  • Republish or resell any materials

  • Reverse engineer or recreate our programs

  • Remove trademark or copyright notices

Purchasing access grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the content for your personal use only.

Violation may result in termination and legal action.

5. PAYMENT TERMS

By purchasing any Service, you agree to:

  • Pay the listed fees

  • Provide accurate payment and billing information

  • Authorize Company to charge your payment method

Subscriptions (e.g., Icon Strategy Academy)

  • Billed monthly unless stated otherwise

  • Automatically renew unless canceled

  • You may cancel at any time; access ends at the end of the billing period

  • No partial refunds or prorated refunds

Courses, Digital Products, Webinars

All digital products are non-refundable due to immediate access.

High-Ticket Programs (Bootcamps, Cohorts, Consulting)

Payment plans must be completed in full.
Failure to complete payments may result in:

  • Revocation of access

  • Collections account placement

  • Legal enforcement

6. REFUND POLICY

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all sales are final.
Due to the digital nature of content and immediate access provided:

  • Webinars: Non-refundable

  • Digital downloads: Non-refundable

  • Subscriptions: Non-refundable

  • Bootcamps & programs: Non-refundable

  • 1:1 consulting: Non-refundable once scheduled

We reserve the right to enforce a strict no-refund policy.

7. NO GUARANTEES

Icon Admissions does NOT guarantee:

  • Admission to any college or university

  • Specific academic outcomes

  • Scholarship awards

  • Increased likelihood of acceptance

  • Particular results from using the Services

Results depend on individual factors including academic performance, effort, external circumstances, and admissions decisions beyond our control.

You acknowledge that:

  • College admissions outcomes are inherently subjective

  • No consultant or service can guarantee acceptance

  • You are solely responsible for your academic and application decisions

8. DISCLAIMER OF PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIP

Icon Admissions provides educational guidance, strategic advice, and instructional content.

We do not provide:

  • Legal advice

  • Psychological counseling

  • Financial advising

  • Mental health services

Your use of the Services does not create a professional-client relationship outside the scope of the program you purchased.

9. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

  • Harass or threaten staff or other users

  • Disrupt webinars or course environments

  • Share login credentials

  • Upload harmful software or code

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access

We reserve the right to remove any user for inappropriate behavior without refund.

10. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & LINKS

Our Site may use or link to third-party services including:

  • Thinkific

  • Zoom

  • Stripe

  • PayPal

  • ConvertKit

  • Google Analytics

  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel

We are not responsible for:

  • The security of third-party platforms

  • Third-party content, services, or policies

Use third-party services at your own risk.

11. TESTIMONIALS & RESULTS

Testimonials presented on the Site are individual results and do not guarantee that users will achieve similar outcomes.

We may use anonymized or modified client stories for training or marketing purposes.

You grant us permission to use feedback you voluntarily submit for marketing with first name and last initial only (optional).

12. TERMINATION OF ACCESS

We may terminate or suspend access if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • You engage in disruptive or abusive behavior

  • Payments fail repeatedly

  • You misuse materials or intellectual property

Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Icon Admissions is not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of data, revenue, or profit

  • Admissions outcomes

  • Errors or omissions in content

  • Service interruptions

Your exclusive remedy is to discontinue use of the Site and Services.

14. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Icon Admissions, its officers, employees, contractors, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your violation of any law or third-party rights
